    Cleaning the pipes?

    What is the best solution for cleaning my exhaust pipes (2006 997 S) they are getting black....thanks in advance

    I have used a white cloth and some paint polish
    or cleaner (turtle wax,eagleone,meguiars,etc)in paste form. It removes the black dust real fast.

    Flitz Metal Polish, a couple of Turkish towels and some elbow grease makes them look better than new and the Flitz will leave a wax like protective coat to make clean up even easier next time.

    HAve a look at Lustre Lace,(to clean) then rejex to preserve, it works for me

    chrome polish from metaseul and an electric toothbrush !

    car wash + PS21 wheel cleaner and a micro fibre towel and good as new...

    Go to marine/boating store. Check out their selection of stainless steel cleaning/polishing stuff. A marine environment is most severe so they will have the best products.

    Best solution is to get PSE with the chromed tailpipes and you will have the best of both worlds

    100%!!! PSE chrome pipes very easy to maintain soap and water and a little PS21 and micro fibre towel and voila!!
