The Enzo is capable of much better times as is the CGT, if the car is well broken-in and conditions are good enough.

These numbers are absolutely astonishing - if true. Ferrari claims 11 sec from 0 to 200 kph, so 10.4 sec would be fantastic.

Out of this world!
The question is... with or without THIS afterburner?

Sorry, But I disagree big time here!
599GTB faster then Enzo?! Come on! Enzo is lighter, with better aerodynamics etc. Sport Auto numbers(very soon!) will not(and are NOT) nearly that good... Despite F1 Trac system 599 do not have any kind of LSD, so, story about it as track monster is pretty funny IMO.
Do not get me wrong here, I like 599 a lot but, this test is pro Ferrari like some other test are way too much pro Porsche.
BTW, every other German, French or English mag measured almost the same track resluts-Gallardo is always faster(on FIVE tracks) then F430 and 997 Turbo. Only in Quattroroute test is F430 faster and then 599 is the fastest.
This time it is Ferrari marketing in play...

If Ferrari can produce perfomance of this nature with the 599, can you imagine what they will do with the 430 replacement in 2008? It is going to be one hell of a car.

If this is what a Ferrari can now do with 620hp and over 1600kg, it really makes me wonder what the 2008 F60 with roughly 900hp and about 1250kg will be like.

As much I would like to believe in these numbers I think the test is BS. Look at the track times: Does anybody seriously believe that the 599 is faster than Carrera GT and Enzo on the track?
But then, it is Quattroroute. The magazine with an incredable track record of writing BS (remember the recent test of F430 and 997TT)

What? You mean to tell me that the new Turbo isn't slower than the old one? I don't believe you.

I doubt Ferrari will bring a powerupgrade for the F430. My guess is we will see the presentation of an all new V8-model in late 2008 and this F460 or whatever it will be called will arrive on most markets in early 2009.
