Look around your house. If it is very neat and "minimal" you might want the black interior. IMO, there's just waaaaay too much stuff going every which way in the 997 interior (lines, shapes, textures, materials, colors, doorpanels, speaker trim, stitching, you name it); black tones it down.

I dont like the black, but its a preference, you like it, so who cares!! The black is not a deep black interior, so it looks nice. Lots of interior colors to contemplate, take your time!! I like cocoa,... I keep hearing about the sea blue, is that the color name, thats doesnt sound good with Midnight, clash city, but I need to see a pic...goodluck

If the 997S you are contemplating is a coupe, bear in mind that because of the sunroof there is very little insulation in the roof. With midnight blue and a sunny day I can promise that the interior will be quite warm. Now the sea blue will go quite well with the midnight blue as it is quite a dark color. Also the natural brown would give you a much more classier look. Doing a search in Rennteam will produce pictures of many other combinations that you may find satisfactory. One final word, before placing your order view your selected colors under natural sunlight and not under the showroom lighting.

I just locked down my order tonight on MIdnight Blue / Beige full leather. I have seen all the pics, and the dealer had a C4S in the showroom with those exact colors. Best looking car in there IMO.
What's funny is that in spite of analyzing the colors to death, I came back to almost the exact combo I had on my 2001 Boxters S (Lapis / Savannah). The only different now is that the Midnight blue and Sand Beige are even nicer to my eyes that Lapis Savannah.
