    Painted Cayman S wheel

    Does anyone have a real picture of the Cayman S wheel painted in exterior color?

    I saw them on the launch cars and unlike the other painted Porsche wheels it isn't very distinctive for the cost. The launch cars were in guards red and in that colour the partialy painted wheels didn't look right somehow. I reckon the 19" Carrera S wheels are the best if you want painted wheels.

    So is this how Porsche paints the Cayman S wheel if one orders the XD9 option? In other words, not the entire wheel, but leaving the spokes and outside rim in silver/alloy color?

    Does anybody know if one can specify ANY exterior color for the painted wheels? In other words, if I order a silver car, can I get the wheels painted in seal grey or slate grey?

    And are the painted crests included in this option, or do you have to buy them extra?

    According to the Porsche configurator, the painted wheels are available for all colors. But I'm not sure if you can order the wheels in a different color than the car. That might be a job for Porsche's Exclusive dept (who can paint the whole wheel for you as well, as long as you pay el mucho dinero )

    Painted crests are included in the painted wheel option.
