    That's exactly how the 997tt should have looked from the very beginning!

    No let's hope the sound is improved also.

    Hope it performs in the sound and power catagories. The round tips look cool, but not in the rectangular cut-outs.
    I've heard that Fabspeed is not known for their quality workmanship.

    Yes, Fabspeed has many satisfied customers in the US and almost no negative feedback. I wonder how the Turbo Tip with its constant-on overboost and an added exhaust will perform.

    The power gains with it are higher than those of Cargraphic, Ruf or Europipe, but the sound should be listened to before purchasing, from what I've heard.

    Having a single pipe in each opening would leave to much empty space...the dual tips fills in this space quite nicely in my opinion

    Yup, exactly what I expected what porsche would do with the Turbo S... (just like the standard 997 C2/C2S) So maybe porsche uses a little different setup (with smaller exhaust pipes on the outer places) but well, good looking anyway!

    looking forward to additional posts as more info becomes available relative to sound & pricing. i also think this setup looks like porsche should have done it from the git go.i presume the existing black trim pieces stay.

    They chose not to. They will release the powerkit and make lots of money from it.

    Is that a pic of entire exhaust setup or just tips prototype.

    checkout the fabspeed website. the have a 6min. video of their exhaust system ( no sound or complete pricing ) apparently the components are modular enabling you to eliminate the cats quickly and easily. the quad tips are a seperate item priced at $750. they bolt up to the stock porsche mufflers. i'm not sure about this as the porsche exhausts are single outlet and flair to the stock tips. couldn't tell from the pics how the one into two pipes actually works in the short space of 3 or 4". seems like more backpressure, but i hope thats not so.

    Fabspeed has now posted videos of the exhaust w/sounds and drive bys. For some reason he seems to not go WOT but it sounds good from what I hear.

    Sounds pretty nice with the bypass pipes. I prefer the stock tips though.
