No smaller model than F430. Not all rumors proven to be true.
The 'Dino/California' was killed when Maserati and Ferrari 'splits'.
IMO it's vice versa.
Maser was intended to help F increase turnover, without increasing the F car production and dilute the exclusivity. In a way, it's the same BMW tried with rover (please forgive me this comparision ).
Didn't work.
Now Maser is with Alfa, and upcoming Maser models will share parts and platforms with Alfas, sooner or later.
The successor to the Maser Coupé under technical lead from F is axed -- but nearly finished according to rumours.
From a business point of view (not a F collector's point of view of course), it would make sense to launch this finished car, paint it rosso, attach the "Ferrari" badge to it, start production in the Maser plant near F's Modena factory and sell 4,000 - 5,000 units per year for 120.000 EUR.

The car is not axed as it will be launched as the new Maser coupe and spider (with folding hardtop). Mules are already around the factory.
They will have tridents on them instead of prancing horses..
Well at least THIS doesn't look like anything Alfa-based at all
