I bought a 99 Audi there and hated the service - very patronizing and non-flexible. At the time I had to arrange a loaner through the salesman, not the service department. This meant you had to coordinate two schedules, and if the car stayed overnight, listen to the salesman whining about how he couldn't get home. I didn't even consider them for my new Porsche. Ordered that at Town in Englewood. Service there has been very good so far, even for my Boxster purchased at Prestige.
