well, we all seem to have our viewpoints but whereas the F430 is definitely the exotic, with the bells and whistles, the tt is more the functional tool. brings an interesting question, what do you guys think of the Gallardo?...seems to lie in the middle of the two, with exotic looks and sounds but the dependability of Audi and all-wheel drive!

BTW the results would have been different if this wasnt posted on the Ferrari board...
How different?
Most votes would have gone toward the 911 if this pole was on the Turbo board, for example...

Most of the voters have never driven either car. It's just a fantasy poll.

If I had to drive the one everyday, under all circumstances, in every situation, I'd choose the 997tt.
In any other case: F430.

I would love to own both but I would never buy the F430 Coupe, especially not after today.
Oh, I would also add a Z06 to my garage. It would be my "don't care if I crash" fun toy.

F430 by far. I hate the fact that you have to look behind a porsche to see what it says to be able to tell what model it is. THEY ALL LOOK THE SAME.

I believe what gianni meant was the mutiple variants that the P-car have for any single type (996/997), eg, Carrera, CarreraS, Carrera 4, Carrera 4S, Targa, Turbo, TurboS, GT3, GT2.
On the contrary, the F-car (360) has only the Modena and the CS. Currently the F430 has only ONE variant for the street.

That black F430 is a beauty.
I can't understand why you ear more and more that the F430 looks dated.
Looks much more modern to me than the 997 TT or Gallardo too angular.
If I had to choose just one, would be the F430 by far for a week-end use (like my 360 spider) and the TT for a "every day" use.
Nothing really new here...
