    This is about being sensitive and polite, a matter of having good taste, or lack of.

    I'm glad no one is uploading pictures of corpses with missing body parts to remind us of the reality in accidents.

    Exactly. No normal and sane person would do that. However, picking on somebody's choice of words and calling him insensitive is bad practice. If anybody is disturbed by the mere descriptions used, they should just ignore the post, no harm, no foul. Taking the poster apart like that for something, that a person subjectively dislikes, is something that I don't like, though.

    Trip your being too sensitive on this issue. It is what it is. Trying to sugar coat it, does not make it any different. Now back to the discussion of the very fast and very ugly Turbo.

    Having seen the 997TT last week in person, I must say it looks far better than I expected.

    Very nice and attractive, especially from the rear.

    there are many things one mine assert about nick..but he did have the stomach to acquire a Cayenne, and thereafter apologise for his hitherto ridiculing remarks of it.

    Wrong again. The Cayenne is a fine SUV although pricey. Easier to drive than most others. Great turning radius. However, it has been a service nightmare. Thankfully the service did not involve major issues like the RMS problem with the 911.

    I just timed my 996 Turbo 80-120 km/h...it did the run in 6.0 sec. The outside temperature was 35C.
