On a more serious note - that is what I am struggling with as well - no brake lights. It may have been that the driver was distracted in a way - I heard already in other cases that people obviously "waited" for the coach to yell "brake" to hit the "perfect" braking spot. Well, very weird, I can only repeat myself that my butt always brakes early, even when I have an instructor on board - I'd rather have somebody telling me that I "lost" a few yards on early braking then ending up with "too late braking" at all.
