What about a nice, ordinary Citizen? Not expensive, but a pretty good watchmaker.
I've got a Tag heuer, not too expensive and no bling bling either. You can get a good looking one for 1,200-1,500 euros.
You can even get one that says carrera
That one must be a bot more expensive. Like 3000 euros or something. That's a bit too expensive for "just a watch".
