I think those plastic fumes are getting to you, time for a ride up in those nice hills near you. 
In the first pull the GT actually pulled OVER IN FRONT of the murcie in THE SAME LANE, he had 3 car lengths on the lambo.
The second one was closer but still the GT took it and went into the breakdown lane. I know its a ford and all, but americans can make some nice stuff, remember apollo.

My calculator is more powerful than the Apollo. Remember Apollos 1 and 13?
The Murci driver lifted during the first run, so as to allow the Ford GT driver to move into his lane. The second run seems to have been very close, but you can't tell who won. Anything else is just wishful thinking.

I remember watching apollo 11 live and seeing the touchdown and walk and i remember apollo 17 and watching the rarest of all auto's, the NASAmobile, drive along the surface of the moon. 13 was a good exercise in disaster recovery and 1 was a steep learning curve. The primitive nature of computers back then shows just how good they were and of course there was a lot of german influence.
Back to the video, the GT sounds just like the mustang in BULLITT, cool, and it won. He wouldn't have to let him in if he was ahead.

Yes, I saw it. I like the Ford GT a lot (it's cheap for what it offers), but I'm not convinced it's faster than the Murc (and I don't particularly like italian cars).
Personally, I vote for Apollo 8 (was it 8?) as the first mission to actually reach the moon.
