    Future AMV8 transmissions? any one have some info

    I'm wondering for someone i know if the kAMV8 will get an automatic or clutchless manual transmission anytime soon, anyone know?

    Doesn't AM have that paddle shift system(dunno what it's called) ? Drove a DB9 with it a few months ago.

    Mike, you drove DB9 with Touchtronic-one of the best automatic gearboxes on the planet at the moment! But, this gearbox will not be in V8 Vantage...

    I know a person who wanted to order a AM V8 Roadster, and the salesman said if he wanted a manual or a paddle shift...

    I heard paddle shift is not far off

    I asked the dealer to clarify whether it was just paddle shifters on an autobox or more of a Ferrari F1/BMW SMG type shift. He indicated the latter.

    Can anyone confirm that they offer or will offer a new transmission and what that will be and when that will be available.

    ...why would they do this UGH....the F1 in their car sucks, the auto is great...stupid stupid...
