First; it was a pleasure for me to share our impressions with all of you.
Second; yes, we had the chance to drive alone.
Third: I don't want to give you a report, cause we only can do 2 rounds... Then Porsche finished. We was invited for two hours and they finish after 30 min with driving
But only one little thing. I don't feel the big difference between 996 GT3 RS and 997 GT3. I mean, it was too short to collect enough impressions, to compare the new with the old... The sound on the ather hand is incredibly better! The acceleration seems the same. But that's, what i expected. More weight, more power. In summary the same as i have with the 996 GT3 RS
But for all who did not have a 996 GT3 RS, the new car is the right choice.

You're absolutely right. I hope someone let me drive his new GT3 on "the ring" next time

Lucky you!! I wish I could be there, but I'm coming back in Europe at the end of next month...and I'm planning a trip to the Ring only at the beginning of August, but unfortunately I won't receive my car before October!
P.s. You will be there with the 997GT3??? Because, in that case, I think that a nice Lufthansa flight can solve all my problems!!

I know that it's quite hard to get the chance to drive this car even on the road, but it will be better to wait a real test drive before jumping at the conclusion that it's not that different compared to the old model!
P.s. If, by the time I get mine, you don't find anyone who borrow you his car, I'll be more than happy to share with you some laps around the Grüne Hölle!
