PSE on/off...... Sport: On + PASM: Normal
Hi guys sorry if this is a silly question but I am waiting for my PSE to be put in soon and chances are that I am going to have to tie in the PSE on/off with my Sports button.
So, I was wondering how I can switch on the PSE without having the car in full on Sport mode. The answer may be to have Sport switched on, and then hit the PASM button to turn that back into Normal mode. My question is, what does that combination actually result in?
- PSM watered-down
- Throttle response faster
- (PSE on)
Yes?! I have obviously read the manual (shown below) and that's my interpretation.
I'm just thinking that I don't always want to be power-sliding round wet roads when I want to listen to the glorious PSE. The other option of course is either disconnecting the PSE vacuum hose or the electrics to make PSE stay on all the time.
What does everyone else typically do?
