That would be a game changer, I'ld love to see that, but I'm afraid that's not going to happen.
F1 teams are built around secrecy and generating a hype out of the smallest and most obvious "innovation". This thinking is not only on a team level, every single person is breathing this. You have a simple idea, try if it works, and then find some very complicated explanation on how you ended up with that idea to make it appear as valuable as possible.
If you remove that cloak of secrecy, you will fundamentally change all teams and how they work. I think it would give good engineers the possibility to thrive and cut through a lot of bullshit. But it would also massively reduce the budget for innovation.
