Little bit OT but I have a big problem
I just receive my new car (Audi Q7) and when I drive it back to home I see that it isn't 7 seats but it is only 5.
My order was 7 seats!
I call the dealer immediately and he says that he will check on my order. For your information I NEED 7 places because I always travel with my children (I don't care about 5 seats cars because I will never use it).
He call me back an say me that it was not my error but the error of the dealer or of Audi, that I must give back the car, he will lend me a used car (I don't know wich?), he order for me a new Q7 but with 5 month of delay!!!!!!
So I must drive for 5 month in a used car and I have ordered the good one.
What do you think about this proposition?? I'm become crazy.... I have wait from September 2005 for this car!

They should be able to make it right within weeks, not months- I can't believe there would be such a long wait for this vehicle. In the meantime, they should loan you a very nice 7 passenger vehicle. Good luck!
