    Turbo Interior

    Hey everybody,

    Have ordered 997 Turbo in slate grey exterior, bi-color terracotta/black interior.
    Adaptive sport seats with seat backs in exterior colour.

    I would like to know if I can order terracotta dials through porsche exclusive. My local dealer doesnt know.....

    Any help greatly appreciated.....

    note that the stop watch wont be in terracotta, it will be in standard silver

    yeah, i know. they should really start listening to us and make that watch optional. its fugly....it really is, and so utterly useless.

    Congratulations, Slate/Terracotta is the way to go, and the black dashboard will come in very handy under the Egyptian sun.
    Terracotta dials are a regular option, not an Exclusive option. As Outlaw Hack mentioned, the SC watch is not available in terracotta. For this reason, I strongly suggest you stick to black dials.

    And yes, please do order black dials. They work much better than silver dials in a black/terracotta (or even full terracotta for that matter).

    I'm sure Eric from Bumper Plugs would make a killing if he started offering painted SC stop watches.

    the online configurator doesnt show option of terracotta dials and my dealer doesnt know. i have contacted the exclusive department and awaiting their reply.

    will keep you posted.

    will also check with bumperplugs if they can do the sports chrono...

    You're right, I just checked. The Car configurator has them for Carreras, but not the Turbo. They don't even have it in black!
    Also, colored gauges are not available for launch cars at all. The colors that are indeed shown on the Car Configurator are not available before August orders. Looks like you are out of luck.

    I tried to get black dials for my 997 Turbo...impossible. Same with colored stitching (which is even more surprising since the 997 Turbo actually has the same interior like the 997). I'm trying to get the rear part of the front seats painted in exterior color (which btw I changed from black to basalt black met. due to some recommendations regarding the look and "maintenance" of this color on a longterm run) because this isn't 100% sure yet. If they are possible, I get them. If not, this option will be automatically deleted, so it doesn't conflict with the production of the whole car in time. Since this is a launch car, it has to be ready in time (happy me ).
