    low beam light

    Does anyone know if it's possible to configure the 997 to automatically activate low beam lights (Abblendlicht) when the engine is running?

    It's now mandatory in many countries even in daylight and I like not needing to think about it when I drive my girlfriend's Mini. Many Thanks!

    If you a have the sportchrono, I believe you can change the setting though the PCM

    If you have Sport Chrono, you can do it yourself: PCM main screen: hit "set" -> indiv memory (for Key 1, key 2 etc) -> Light -> daytime running light. I think that's how you turn them on (I activated mine...I think it's a reasonable thing to do).

    If you do not have Sport Chrono, I believe the dealer can activate DRL for you.
