Was denken Sie?

Ich werde herauf mein C4S im Mai auswählen und 3 Wochen verbringe, die um Bereich Germany(Bavaria, Nurburgring, oberes Franconia) Österreich, Switzerland(passes! fahren), und möglicherweise See Como. Ich würde jeden möglichen Eingang schätzen auf, was ich nicht vermissen sollte! Was Sie mich denken, beziehen meinem neuen C4S mit ein?!?! Straßen, Durchläufe, Hotels, Brauereien, Gaststätte????? Dank im voraus!

I will be picking up my C4S in May and will spend 3 weeks driving around Germany(Bavaria, Nurburgring area, upper Franconia) Austria, Switzerland(passes!) and maybe Lake Como.

I would appreciate any input on what I should not miss! What do you think I have to do with my new C4S?!?!

Roads, passes, hotels, breweries, restaurants?????

So you run your English paragraphs through the translater, huh?

I would tend to tell you that, if you are on holiday and want to go for the most panoramic landscapes, South Germany and the adjacent countries like Austria and Switzerland - and I might take the South of France or Northern Italy into account as well - will provide you with enough highlights to make your trip very memorable.

The Nurburgring is indeed a nice choice as well but in a totally different direction. If you tend to go there, I would combine it with a stop-over at Frankfurt - where quite a few US troops have been stationed and a variety of museums are available, if you are into that - via the Loreley route along the Rhine up to the Eifel region with the visit at the Ring. There is a timetable on the Nürburgring website which might give you some indication if you can access the North Circuit while you're there. As far as I know the Hockenheimring in Baden-Wuerttemberg is accessible for the public at Thursdays.

I haven't been in the Alpes for quite a while but it is one of my dreams to drive these routes with a decent sportscar in the near future - something that I can recommend to you as well!

There are quite a few passes in Switzerland, that are not to be missed, some with mostly sharp and narrow turns, some with more wider ones.

However, May might be a bit early for some of them due to snow. If you let me know when you'll be here (early or late May), I can check out which ones are usually open at that time. How much time to plan to spend in Switzerland?

Thanks for your input Ferdie. Nurburgring, is optional. Would love to ride around it at the end of the trip. Maybe I will have it broken in by then!! Hope to hit that up on May 29th, if anyone would like to join me. I have heard tof the Hockenheimring, but didn't know of it being open to the public. Will definately research that for sure.
