iPod - flash (nano) or hard disk based?
I am the happy owner of a 996C2 with the X74 (-30mm) sports suspension. I am going to install Icelink in order to connect an iPod to my CDR22 unit.
I really would like to buy the iPod (video) with a 30GB hard disk drive, but how sensitive is the hard disk to shocks and vibrations? Will it be able to cope with my stiff suspension? Should I settle for an iPod nano which uses flash memory and thereby is not affected by shocks and vibrations?
Thanks in advance,

And you should also consider getting the 60 GB version, I already have more than 48 GB of music and videos on my unit. It fills up faster than you think as soon as you get the taste of it.
