OT: PCNA Contact Info for Complaints?
Anyone have contact information (phone number or e-mail) for someone at PCNA for making a complaint?
I am now less than 5-days away from departing for my scheduled Tourist Delivery and my dealer has yet to provide me with the TD materials (I understand those to include the Monroney label, complementary voucher for 1-night at the Graf Zeppellin, and other welcoming materials). According to the Porsche NA website, one can not take delivery without presenting the Monroney label.
After a month of delays and my escalating complaints, the dealer seems to have gotten his act together and will have the package sent to me this weekend. My only comfort that this is not the same song and dance of the past 4-weeks is that he gave me a UPS tracking number for a package (hopefully mine) due for delivery to the dealership on Friday.
The package should have been waiting for me when I made the final deposit a month ago.
This may be a dealer problem or a PCNA problem, but I would like to speak with someone at PCNA to express my frustration. My dealer says he is not allowed to give me contact information for the PCNA representative with whom he is working.
I remain excited about picking up my car, assuming I can, but this experience with my dealer is transforming a well considered adventure into a slap-dash affair.
You may pm me the contact info if broad distribution is not appropriate.
Thanks for your help!
