24 hours for one car proves very little in light of the 1000's of hours ahead of these engines. It sounds like they are having oiling problems. Not a surprise.
24 hours in race conditions is worth 1000's of hours of street driving. A motor like the one in the GT3 is only intended to last around 60-100 hours in race conditions.
This is why Porsche's extension of the 4-year factory warranty (in US) to track use (no Slick Tires allowed) is such a big deal.
