CUV Exclusive: model logo on leather compartment lid
Re: CUV Porsche Exclusive rear centre console in leather with model logo on main storage compartment lid.
I just wanted to mention 2 points in relation to this which people ordering it here might like to know:
1) The standard rear centre console storage compartment lid does come in leather but does not have the attractive stitching along the edges which CUV has. This stitching really blends well with the stitching one gets with (e.g. XMZ rear centre console in leather)
2) NB: for LHD cars, the model logo (e.g. 'Carrera S' etc etc) faces towards the left i.e. so that the driver can read it (i.e. it will be upside down for the front passenger in a LHD car).
I checked with my German dealer and he says it is possible to ask for this model logo to be inverted by 180 degrees so that the model logo faces towards the right (i.e. it is the right way up for the driver of a RHD car but upside down for the front passenger in a RHD car).
Rennteamers with CUV on order for RHD cars might like to consider which way up they want the model logo.
