    Here weather is like in the middle of winter . Snow, snow, snow . Gave me a fantastic week end of skiing in 1 meter of powder snow , but I am now so impatient to get the RS out again

    Well, I'm going to have over 80°F in two weeks...but not in Germany. Smiley

    They say it was the warmest February for a very long time over here in Germany but I cannot really confirm that. Smiley We didn't have much snow, true but usually, we get a fair share of snow around March or even early April, so...

    It was 45 degrees yesterday and i was able to add 350 miles towards the break in, should be 70 degrees mid week...

    We have 34°F today in Bavaria, around 1°C. I hate this weather. surprise

    Can't wait for the convertible season over here, starting around mid April (hopefully). 

    The real "warm" temperatures (over 70°F) usually start around May.

    I usually have the toys under their covers  with battery chargers till April but this season its been up and down with so little snow that I'm driving the cars when its sunny and 40 degrees. smiley

    So were there any reviews anywhere that did not mention the tall gear ratios??  I suspect on a near perfect car it could partly be a case of needing to find a fault.... But maybe Porsche could listen to this for the next one, if so many people including many owners want shorter gears.

    Couldn't a reputable place adjust the gear ratios for you if they're too tall? No sure what it costs, but I imagine it could be done with ease being that it's a manual.

    "Adjust"?    Smiley   You mean like a software change?  Smiley

    The fix in this instance would be a final-drive ratio change, which would render the Type Approval or Certification (depending on the region where the car was used) being invalidated for road use, as this would worsen CO2 /fuel consumption values.
