First GT3RS in Puerto Rico
I don't know. The clear lights look good with white and maybe even black but not many other colors. My son almost killed me when I switched to the clear lights on my 991 Turbo S. I have to admit that the choice may not have been the best, especially since the guy who bought the car from my dealer actually asked for the OEM tail lights, he hated the clear ones.

I think they're very color sensitive, I saw a black 991 that had them and thought it looked really good, but with LO it does look a bit too tuner. The wing doesn't help that either.
DaveC:I never understood Porsche's logic or design sense with the clear tail lights. Automotive equivalent of bad fusion cuisine .
Very subjective. IMO they look great depending on body color, I might be in a minority but if done right I like them.

My dealer's Porsche system still don't have a record of it landing in Canada, still shows it's still on the vessel
But I have learn another juicy tidbits. Porsche has a quality hold on all GT4 not yet delivered right now. No details yet.
Wondering what that is all about then?
i hear also the RS at classic sport red bull event (AP car) had over heating issues and couldn't run second race. Apart entry some 991 GT3 same.
porsche really need to get there house in order. They are producing great volume and many variants but their development has been to quick and short tracked IMO
Lack of motorsport testing a mistake. Said it from day one. Hope they get it sorted before my car is delivered.
The truth behind the clear lights: Porsche wanted darker lights but it wasn't achievable with that small tail light design. So they went for the next "best" thing, the "clear" lights. True story.
I may be wrong but I think that the new GT3 RS has darker tail lights. I was actually thinking about getting them for my GTS but since I have a Carrera 4 GTS, this would be an issue (the middle light bar would be lighter in color but maybe I can get it darker using light grey foil).

Today i learnt car exit the quality control the 18th July,and till then is at Exlcusive department...no,they don't paint the engine in lava too...really i don't know what the f*** are they doing for all this time.
Hope to have the VIN this week,and receive the car next week...i'm sure that the car will arrive at my delaer next friday,half a day before they close for vacation.
what a life.

You don't? I got them to paint your interior in PTS acid green and have rainbow colour stitching from driver side to passenger side, that's why

Guys, I was today in the factory to do some last modifications on my order. I have seen a lot of GT3 RS all waiting for special treatment. I think more then 20 cars.
Now I know what happened with all these special colors and the 5 month waiting time. For this customers Porsche offered three additional colors to shorten the time. They can just paint one car per day.
What I have also seen, hundreds of cars in Lava Orange. Everywhere you turn your head you see a LO car.
UV car fits the best with silver matt rims and clear tail lights.
Silver, white and LO with darker tail lights.
Black rims don´t suit the GT3 RS so well.

The 1st RS for my dealer was supposed to arrive last Saturday, it didn't. That trunk is also MIA somewhere.

Still don't have confirmation that it got off the ship or it is already on a transport heading West.
The 1st RS for my dealer was supposed to arrive last Saturday, it didn't. That trunk is also MIA somewhere.
So also mine maybe is MIA somewhere here around...hahahah
and also,in italian MIA is "mine",so all your cars are mine,also if i don't pay them!
