DR (Santo Domingo at least) has become flooded with Macan S, every day I see two or three driving around. I've yet to see a Turbo but the S is quickly becoming popular. Black is the best colour I've seen so far, white makes it look very bland IMO.
To be honest... Black is the only color that makes the Macan look good. I've seen the car in several colors now and I agree that black is by far the best looking color for this car. Especially for the S, where the black plastic bumpers look very cheap and unfinished i.c.w. bright colors.

I agree about your comment regarding the unpainted bumpers. It is a disgrace for an expensive car. Even the Golf and Polo come with body coloured ones.
On the Turbo that the whole bumpers are painted in exterior colour, white looks very nice IMO.
On the S I have found the dark blue to be attractive.

Worse still on the far more expensive Panamera; that black bumper reaching up into the painted bodywork looks very unfinished. The textured plastic looks cheaper still, but knowing Porsche, there will be a costly option down the line to have it painted in body color. Shameless money-grabbing, really.
