    997 GT3 and 997 GT3 RS variable-ratio steering?

    Do they both have it?

    Are the ratios, turns lock-to-lock, power steering servo assist/boost, etc. the same as the 987 and 997?

    I seem to remember that GT3 has the same ratio. Autocar's article quotes Porsche saying 'no significant changes'

    Seems to make sense, Maverick. I heard that the RS is basically a GT3 with the road friendly bits off and race track bits on, minus a bit of weight Plastic in stead of Aluminium, normal dampers instead of PASM, even harder ride, and so-on. Porsche seems to be happy with their variable ratio steering even if some of us prefer the old car's set-up.
