Yes but the acc will follow the car as long as the road is straight , on the first turn it will send you in a ditch

So I tried the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) now. 
I put the target speed at 100km/h and at the next traffic light, with one car in front of me, I enabled the ACC. Once the light turned green and the car in front started moving, so did I. A gentle acceleration up to 80km/h with a perfect distance to the car in front. At the next traffic light a gentle braking until full stop. Magic!
You can also set the distance to the car in front with four levels (from close to far). Overall the ACC is super easy to use. Turn on, tune in, fall asleep 
I must say the ACC works extremely well and is a great feature for people doing longer trips. Since I enjoy driving the car and not being driven by the car I suspect I will not use this feature very much.

The pictures look great. How you keep it so clean? I travel for more than 10mins here after I wash my car and it needs washing again - its white! I guess a function of the bad winter here and all the grit used.

I would not have ordered it either. Not for such a car. On the one hand the ACC adds convenience and safety, on the other hand I can see a risk with getting absent and inattentive by relying on the system too much.
It is clean because it came right out the car wash

The C4(S) truly is the best looking 991! (IMHO even the best looking Porsche!) The ACC is a great feature, but like you say, only if you do lots of long trips. I love it and use it often on my A6, but I wouldn't order it on a 991 I guess... (Not sure).

Thanks! Let me check if it comes out well in an larger format. It is actually an HDR composed by three shots and there is bit of noise on the rear bumper (because I am crap).
One thing I forgot to mention is the ability to play Spotify songs from your iPhone over Bluetooth. I did not think the Spotify songs were playable outside of the Spotify app, but it appear so. Hat off to whoever engineered this

Really? I am of the exact opposite opinion, especially because of this colour I think the horizontal reflector fits perfect. In fact every 991 2S looks bare and boring without it. For me integral to the design.
But as you say, taste is different

the light bar is the best design feature of the current C4 line...it accentuates the already wider body vs the C2 and visually lowers it also ...the lack of one on the even wider Turbos makes the C4 look as wide on the road, IMO.
in the ideal world, all the non Turbo 991s should have the light bar , IMO, since it integrates so well with current generation thin lamps , vs the awkward " droopy eyelids /barbell " look of the C4 lights of the 997.2

I disagree, I think the 991 stripe is very well done and makes the back look even better than it does on the 2WD version.

Count me among the fans of the horizontal light bar in the 991 -- where it was clearly an integrated design element from the beginning. 997 version was a bolt-on design affectation (as it had often been in previous generations as well). Looked terrible IMO.

Yes, it does, but I can't say I noticed much difference to my 997. If anything, then only positive. We were at Dijon-Prenois for a track day today and the steering feel is just excellent. The whole car is excellent in fact.
The handling is on a different level than the 997. Really different level. Such great balance! Feels and behaves like a mid-engined car. In addition, the AWD pulls the car out of the turns and PDK Sport Plus is spot on, every time. The car is fast, very fast. Too fast for me to be honest 10 points out of 10!
