This explains it. I always drive in Sport mode because of the better throttle response. In snow, this is not the best way but with the standard throttle response, the car kind of sucks.

Geez reading the last few pages make me appreciate living in Australia when it comes to weather conditions for cars! Unlike RC's snow photo, this photo was taken three days ago and is representative of most days in the year.
Oh geez Wayne.....
is this your 30th new car now?

Hahaha. I have never counted from way back, but the other day my son asked me how many different cars has he been in, so I counted from when he was born. If I didn't miss any, it was 25. And he has just turned 6 years old. So no Lother, lots more than 30.

but very nice spec I must say. I love the colour combo!
I bet there's only one like that in Melb. just like ur old spyder! very nice......
what colour is the interior? PDK or manual? and any significant difference to your Cayman S?
BMW 1 M + C63 (gone). 997.2 GT3
The Cayman S was dealer stock so pretty stock standard sort of options. PDK, 20 inch platinum wheels, chrono, sport steering wheels with paddles etc. Nothing extraordinary.
The Boxster S though was bespoke like Spyder no 2 and grey GT3. Full natural leather including various extended leather options in Espresso, Bose, adaptive sports seats, chrono, PSE, PTV, PCCB, PASM, PDLS and whatever other acronym Porsche threw in as options etc. It feels so different from the Cayman when you sit in it.

Wow - nice Boxster! Exactly how I would have specced mine if I hadn't run out of money...
Thanks Dave. I've had a couple of other "special" Porsches and they just feel so special to be in. Yes some may say that it is crazy to spec a car up with so many options, but it really make them special when you are able to do so.
