Whoopsy:SportCarGroup:For a perfect Porsche garage now only missing a CGT :)
959 will always have priority over a CGT........................
Agree, but a CGT is a Porsche to have as well. Mindblowing sound of the V10 and the look/design is amazing IMHO. Each time I see a CGT, it's hard for me to realise that the car was produced 13 years ago.
959/GT1 don't need any comments, I think every Porsche enthusiast would sell a soul for these cars :)

Whoopsy:OMG, there was no ergonomics in a 964.
Seems like when they design the interior, they forgot there will be switches. They are EVERYWHERE! Porsche basically stashes them wherever they find space, or feel like. Who would have thought to look under the gauges to find the sunroof switch!!!
Next step might be to add a 930 turbo (1989 with 5 gears). You will be amazed by how much more vintage the predecessor of the 964 turbo feels (steering, brakes, suspension, even the interior...)
Best thing with these cars is one does not constantly need to exchange them - they are what they are. Today and also in 20 years

P.S.: On the 959 - before I would consider one I would definitively go for the F40 first...
MKSGR:bluelines:Actually, there is one car which is battling with the 959 for first place on my list... the very rare 968 Turbo
Would also make a great fit with the GT4
Yes, that would be the dream garage... GT4, 959 and 968 Turbo. All truly Porsche, but different designs and special in their way
Ok, so two to go...
2015 981 Cayman GT4 | Powerkit White - The fastest car on Rennteam
2013 Audi S3 | Glacier White

😂 it took me some time to get used to them in my 964. I even needed to draw me a reminder of where they were and what function they had 😂😂
964 Carrera 4 -- 997.2 C2S , -20mm -- 991 GT3 RS

martini964:....... I believed it had heavier sway bar and adjustable ones. .....
3.3 and 3.6 964's Turbo's had 21mm F and 22mm R sway bars, that were not adjustable. Only the RS had adjustable sway bars. The base 964 was both 20mm F and R and the M030 Sport option was 22mm F and 20mm R.

Just found this very nice test of the 968 turbo:
P.S.: Another example of how quickly we take things off-topic
Whoopsy:I think I would sell my soul to get a GT1 street car, but I had already sold it to the devil haha

Yes I know about that car too, but it is not in Canada so I had to import it and I didn't like the tan leather inside, the Bad Boys car had black interior
Plus, I paid a lot less that what that car is asking

Makes you wonder what will the hammer price is. Always sort of like a gamble to go to auction to buy cars, maybe some will be a steal but others might be a senseless bidding war.
I much prefer private transactions.
Depends on how you count as delivery :)
I am taking the car today and will be driving it to Italy to visit Ferrari and Lamborghini before returning to Stuttgart and do another factory and museum tour. Then they shop my car back to Canada so I can take a proper home town delivery in about 6-10weeks
