Thank god that car is from Quebec, which is not really in Canada. So ashamed to know a fellow Canadian did that to a Porsche.

May not happen. Those Quebecois only read French and speak French, they have no clue about English as a language.

Hmmm.. I guess I'm the only one who likes it
That was brave!
I think he refers to Quebec, not the car.
Some information about the car and this is a 991, not a 997:

Claim from the owner of the brand:
My inspiration comes from my passion for cars. I am an avid amateur of Porsche and I wanted to create something based on this product - it represented a perfect fit of quality and price. I imagined new designs that would compliment the Porsche. Moreover, I believe that Porsche is the most effective towards modifications. I am a dental technicien and I own a dental laboratory. The base car for this one in the video in particular seems to be a 997, the headlights, front widnshield, roof contour, dash aside airvents, etc are from a 997

Maybe the company used an old used 997 for their first prototype before they actually use a new and more expensive 991?

and unfortunately the car is so ugly you can't practically tell if its a 997 or 991, so they might as well continue to use a 997

Following that logic, they should have used a '99 3.4!
Interior looks 997 too.
Oh, and I'm not sure, but an "avid amateur" sounds like "expert beginner." I'm not sure its a positive term. It kind of reminds me of a motivational slogan my father used to use: "coming in second place just means that you are the first loser."
I give the guy an "A" for effort though. He's got more courage than I do...
