OK, it seems that dentists have awful design tastes when it comes to cars...
As a comparison, this is what a pharmacist (guess who?

Alois Ruf actually did an interesting project with the Ruf 3800S, which is my type of tuning philosophy. Unfortunately he had to use his old fashioned rims (they look great on the 964/993 though), I would have used black painted OEM rims. Also the price tag got out of hand a little bit but thats a different story.
I never liked Gemballa tuning and even Techart sometimes kind of hurt my taste buds with their Cayenne body kits.
I like technical mods, maybe even based on OEM technology (RS Tuning once put a GT3 engine into a Boxster...amazing project). This is what I would do, if I had the knowledge and money. Not sure however who would buy this stuff.

Maybe the company used an old used 997 for their first prototype before they actually use a new and more expensive 991?

Following that logic, they should have used a '99 3.4!
Interior looks 997 too.
Oh, and I'm not sure, but an "avid amateur" sounds like "expert beginner." I'm not sure its a positive term. It kind of reminds me of a motivational slogan my father used to use: "coming in second place just means that you are the first loser."
I give the guy an "A" for effort though. He's got more courage than I do...
