^ My guess is that's the new e-hybrid.

It looks ready; bring on the unveiling!

Is this with green calipers could be the "E" that was mentioned before?

Re: Panamera Facelift...according to latest info, not in 2012

Porsche stopped accepting new orders for current Panamera last week in US, so we must be getting close to the FL launch.

Re: Panamera Facelift...according to latest info, not in 2012

the front lights have some real changes but the rear is so subtle in these pics. it is more like the 2002 facelift on the 996 imo.

the difference will be what is in them, or rather what is not in them - down 2 cylinders might make this a facelift that helps the dealors move the "old" stock.

From these pics, I much prefer the current model front fascia (especially the current turbo front)....

There is a difference and it is noticeable, wait until the camouflage goes away. Smiley

The front lights do not only have a slightly changed design but they actually look a bit different and the back lights are a bit smaller with LED lines instead of dots in the interior.

What is the thing with the sunken light clusters nowadays?
The 918 seems to have the headlight cluster where the bonnet lies over the lights, and with the new panamera, you can see the DRT under the camo seems to be recessed as well... makes it look very "plastic-ish" if you ask me. Or is that still camo?

i agree, i don't see that smoothing out and the drop of the licence plate area looking any good this way. makes me want to close out and take my last run GTS order - almostSmiley

Wow, that ass is never gonna look good on pictures.
Typically, I find the panamera a very nice car to see in real life, from 3/4 front and 3/4 aft, and then a lower stance than this. But on pictures, she always looks fat and crooked.

Had a good chuckle; a Dutch blogger called the weird roofline the "pooping dog" roofline...  indecision

It's not SO bad (the roofline)... I'm not a fan of Panamera roofline, but it's far from "pooping dog"

I can’t believe what they’ve done with the typical Panamera design.mail
Of course the Panamera was criticized from the beginning because of its massive back but in the end the current Panamera design is very original and typical. The facelift, however, is a mixture of different styles and makes the Panamera not just desirable. Too bad. I've always liked the Panamera. We only can hope that the time to the new Panamera Gen. II will pass quickly.

The clear difference is seen in the rear door panel. See bigger gap between handler and door speaker....

    15cm difference

Re: Panamera Facelift...according to latest info, not in 2012

Frankly, I dont see any significant difference between the FL and the old one except for some cosmetic changes like lights etc - not a Panamera enthusiast but did consider one briefly because of the kids (dont any more - BMW is a cheaper family/work car & Pana sure as hell can never replace a 911) -

That aside, I hope that its a successful car - Porsche is great company that knows what's its doing but I think with any new models they seem to screw up Gen I & get it right in Gen II - a la Cayenne

Anyhoo....all the best & hope the FL is well received by Pana buyers

Re: Panamera Facelift...according to latest info, not in 2012

The rear of Panamera was cool because it resembled 928's and did not have a visual 'bumper.'

I do not dig the new bumber.
