have studied a little bit about composites...I give up...too much technologies of manufacture, sorts of materials and etc...Resin transfer molding, vacuum, vacuum infusion...and lots of others methods...

Quite right so. A lot of science goes into car designing and manufacturing even when we are talking about mass produced vehicles. Now imagine the level of science when we are talking hypercars. 
All we can do is marvel at them and look at the end result.

Weight reduction is achieved by the following:
- extended use of magnesium, CfK, titanium and ceramic-parts
- foil instead of paint for the car saves 2.5 kg
- no wiring for external quick charging station
- 918 Spyder magnesium wheels (same dimensions) saves 13.5 kg
- no air-condition
- no Burmester HiFi system
- flame-resistant cloth instead of leather for the seats

- special door interior panels without armrest and door pockets

Rossi - would you happen to have a PDF catalogue/brochure for the 918 or is it unreleased at this point? We've already seen several print-screened pages on here so it makes sense for a brochure to be floating around.

This is because the point of maximum combined power output is not the same as the several maximum outputs for electric motors and petrol engine. So the max combined power output is in an rev range were the petrol engine has not its max. power ...

I am not certain about this but if we take Toyota hybrids as an example, the combined power is never as high as the sum of the individual power of all the motors as the electric motors produce less power at higher RPM on full throttle. They need to be spinning quickly though as the speed rises and the internal combustion engine, which is the main means of propulsion, makes it's power at higher RPM.

The torque is also weird, cause it mentions the gear at which it gives top torque..
so the way I figure it is. it's you got one set of torque that's gear independant, namly the engine and the back electrick, which have the transmision.. and the front engine torque which is speed dependant...

I guess those items (like the luggage set) might be given out for free instead of providing a discount on the car . The luggage for example represents a 2% value.
