Going to have a 'interesting' decision to make...
I put a 'letter of intent' in in 2000 when the first F-Type concept was shown, but they didn't make it and I bought my first Porsche. I then wrote again in 2005ish when they showed another. I was contacted last year by Jaguar based on those letters and was offered an early car, so I gave them a holding deposit and flew out to Frankfurt to see the concept there.
Going to have to decide soon whether to continue or not, probably without driving the car. The V8 sounds fantastic and performance (on paper) looks great, but at almost £90k specced up, and given Jags love of depreciation it might be too rich. The V6S is meant to be the sweet spot in the range according to 'those in the know' but still works out £15k more than a similarly specced Boxster S with similar performance - I know this is meant to be in a different sector, but wondering if the market will see it... oh well, not a bad quandry to be in.... and still keeping the Spyder what ever I decide :)

Go for it Rich - you know you want to! From what I've seen here and on the Jaguar website the F Type looks absolutely stunning externally, not quite so sure about the interior - but for sure the V8 must be the one to go for, in Italian Racing Red metallic with black wheels.

Surely British Racing Green for you Poms!
For the traditionalists yes, and a very good choice too - with beige leather. Both colours would have to be with black soft top.
