Sorry, I don´t remember that incident. When was it? I only remember Raikkonen crashing into the back of Sutil approaching the chicane after the tunnel which would´ve been Sutil´s and Force India´s best result up to that.
I can understand when people complain about Vettel, his behavior and his past actions on the track, but I stick to my previous opinion that, given his age, he is a quite remarkable person considering his achievements, success and popularity. Guess a lot of other drivers, including Schumacher, have behaved less distinctive in public. As I said on the thread about the Senna movie, these guys have spent considerable time of their lives in motorized vehicles driven endless laps on a closed circuit. That alone, combined with their determination that, apart from their talent, brought them into F1, does certainly shape a different character.
I only have difficulties with sportsmen that obviously deliberately overstep the mark, that´s why I have never been a big fan of Schumacher or Hamilton as some of their actions do not present them as better drivers. As a funny side note, considering their given talent neither of them would need to do so.

Good article that only shows what I have already stated: apart from a good driver it's even more so important that the car is well suited for wet conditions. Hope this won't offend anyone... 
this has been going around, not so sure about Nº9 though
