Re: Ferrari F430 attacked by protesters in Brazil
PorSchelover1:
HERE IN BRAZIL, IT´S C A R N A V A L!!!!
i know this place, it´s a RIVIERA BEACH, IN SÃO PAULO, I don´t like this kind of COMEMORATION, but is only CARNAVAL, NOT ATACK!!!
Guess it depends on your perspective; if you're the ones chasing the cars it may seem like fun, carnival..To someone unwittingly driving into the area & being surrounded (think you could even see a kid spitting on the windshield) or chased down the street, perhaps you're with family, where you have to back up to get away, you could perceive it as an attack. .. Someone could really get hurt with drivers trying to get away blindly or numerous drivers backing up trying to get away. I agree w/ what other posters have commented, if I was the 430 driver & had one of my kids w/ me in my car & pulled up into that, I'm not sure that I would have waited to get pelted, I would be thinking; car jacking or bottle, can of shave cream whatever could be coming thrown through the passenger window... Mob mentality makes people do things they wouldn't normally... Someone could have been seriously hurt or worse.. When I think of "Carnival" I think of everyone having fun,,,,,,,,,, a celebration,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, to me that,,, doesn't look like everyone is having fun...
