    Our 606hp Callaway Corvette with pics

    Waiting for the new 991 Turbo's to come out...But this should hold us over until then.  565whp in a 3200lb car is a lot of fun.Smiley

    Not as pretty as our F430...But it's a lot faster.

    What they do is take the Grand Sport Corvette from the factory and ship it directly to Callaway Cars in Connecticut.  Then they add the $23,000 in goodies and you end up with what we got here.  As far as performance against the ZR1...These SC606's have been shown to put down 565hp to the wheels on dyno's...Stock ZR1's put down around 530-540hp to the wheels stock...So I think this would stand up to one pretty nicely.  Possibly beat one if the guy is just average with his manual tranny.

    Yep this Callaway comes with the full warranty.  The ZR1 does not come in convertible and this car looks a lot better than a ZR1 in my opinion.Smiley

    The Callaways have always been the "Best of Breed" when it came to Corvette tuning. I remember The Sledge Hammer Corvette they did in the late-80's; one of the nicest Corvettes to ever come out of any tuning house.
