    My guess is that it shouldn't be too much since its only during the shifting movement, while the hands rest at the wheel just the same. Its hard to say without actually sitting in there, so  I'm just speaking from seeing that gear stick position in other cars as well, especially those more sport oriented. Like the CGT I mentioned which has the gear stick even higher up the center console I believe and I haven't heard any compains about it. So thats a good sign

    The Carrera GT shift knob looks weird, but is a delight to use.  I would prefer the 991 to have such a design Smiley

    I noticed that there is two types of Cabrio and I think two types of Coupe.You can see on several pictures you can see air intakes on the top of the rear wing.

    Maybe I'm wrong.....

    Perhaps it is a exterior difference between Carrera and Carrera S?

    Ferrari solution with small buttons for reverse gear and neutral(need to pull both paddles) is pure crap IMHO.

    I don't think it's an air intake, I guess those are just reflections. Smiley

    Yep, I thought this already, too! This rearview looks more like the real deal. The recent pictures are still camouflaged a lot. So this shots and your rear light photoshops look more realistic

    how about this? I think the small back lights should only match a small head lights.. so I think the new 991 will have a smaller head lights just like 993 .

     Is it me or is the front more 959'ish? 

     I have mixed feelings about the rear though from these new pictures, looks less 911-like as the characteristic age old slope of the 911 is now somewhat interrupted by that rear wing tip

    After all these spy pics over the last month, I still do not understand what Porsche wants to hide with this silly air-intake sticker.Smiley
