BTW, I'm sure Michael knows what he is doing and he should have very important reasons to start racing in F1

I don't think he returns to F1 because of money.
He was already paid by Ferrari for developing Road cars.
After his 15-year racing career, he should have by now more than 600 milion USD
I think as a Ferrari consultant he couldn't be paid €30m.
Also we don't know where his fortune was invested, how much he lost because of the recession and the size of his liquid assets to meet his large (as expected) current obligations.
Money (or lack of) is always behind any curious move.
