RC:Base version is rumored to come with 600 or 605 hp, the 630 hp performance package is optional. AWD is also rumored to be optional, not standard.
I wonder it will will have a Drift mode like AMG, where the front axle can be disconnected?

that's true, but compare to a Honda accord or Toyota corolla, ALL our cars are rip off and we know it.
GT cars depreciate less than a Honda Accord

There's a big big big difference between a crappy $20k car that's capable of taking you to your destination vs $200k rip off car, that's 'supposed' to deliver all types of excitement, until you end up with a faulty part and the never ending recalls till the end of production line and your case is forgotten or warranty expired (case closed)
BiTurbo:RC:The next Turbo S will not be a rip-off but a very expensive exclusive car (for a while).
You saw right through me...

Motoring press drive day in wine country in NSW. Later in the week the OPC's are bringing up their sales teams. Junket weekend for all concerned.
Just happened to be at the same hotel. Seeing Bruce Springsteen later today for an outdoor concert.
Test drove a Tesla S and the X model too. Lots of funny and useful tech gadgets. Buid quality better than expected with lots of leather and alcantar on both models. Suspension was firm but comfort enought for my taste on the S and a bit softer on the X which suits well the SUV ride. Power was surprising instant torque is AMAZING I think the X model will be a huge success. Overall impression was great, the big downside is design, the S looks plain and the X boring.

noone1:The S design is actually why it's so successful. Everyone else has tried to make EVs look like alien ships. Tesla just made them normal and simple.
Yes , that´s the problem, who wants to spend + 150K for a such simple and plain design! Still the car impressed me a lot, who knows in the future I might get one.
