Dimitri, did they explain to you how it will work? How do they decide the value of the car assuming you have an outside buyer willing to pay over MSRP which I am sure Ferrari is not. Or in the alternative, no outside buyer but you want to sell the car within the year. Who decides what it is worth?

Nick - I had to sign a similar agreement when I took delivery of my F430 spider. For the first 12 months the dealer has first right of refusal to buy the car back at MSRP.
Ferrari also limits each customer to one car from each model per 12 months for factory orders (e.g. I can order a 458 and 599 in 12 months, but I can't order two 458s). This is particularly to prevent dealer owners (or their close friends) from going through a ton of highly desirable cars in a short period of time. By 2002 one of the owners of my dealer had been through 6 360s.

At both cars the front license plate looks horrible.
And it would be so easy to master, just take the F-horse away and put the plate in between the air-intake.
+1, its not like it needs that horse there for people to know its a ferrari, and i assume whatever effect it may have on the air intake or with aerodynamics wont be so significant.
It's my understanding (via my dealer) that Ferrari will supply a number plate holder like the one used on the California which is a plastic frame that attaches to the underside of the section of the bumper just above the black grille. Here is a pic of a Cali's plate holder without a number plate obscuring it. Apologies it's not a large pic but it's the best I could find.
i wont put a plate, and im willing to pay the fines, i will keep it in the car with double tape and put it wheenever the police stop me. no way to ruin the design of the front.
