indeed shifting is ancient technology - so is a fuel burning engine.. I happen to like both :)

LEDs are not constantly on, unlike normal light bulbs. They get refreshed (120 times a sec?) and their light output refresh rate is different than the video recording, hence the flickering.

Thanks for posting, RC, truly amazing - but if I could afford one I'd be looking real hard at the Audi R8 V10, what it looses in outright performance it more than gains in the vocal department.
