Yes, now using a higher gear makes more sense though I must admit I still need to take a class in owning this car. I printed out your advice, putting it on my car's dash. Will try it out during next drive. Will report back. Thank you again C., you're the man!
LOL. I know. The other day someone asked what the Sport Chrono button does and when I started listing, we realized to my surprise it actually does 6 different functions. (You know what they are, don't you? Here is a hint, 6 acronyms: PSM, PASM, PTM, TCU, ECU, ETC. And ETC is not etcetera, it's another acronym! )
BTW, for the boost pressure, I did what you did and saw 16 psi in third gear too. 5th & 6th will or should show 17 psi consistently. Just make sure there is no Prius in front when you go WOT in 5th.
