This one is 20" as well. There's no 19" option.

BTW, did you find out about the tires when being in Maranello (Cup, Corsa etc.)
No information about that, sorry. 
But one interesting thing I recognized: when they were thanking their part suppliers, there was Michelin and Bridgestone, but no Pirelli. But an official said, there will be the choice of having Pirelli rubber as well.
All cars were equipped with Michelin though.

At the end of the film they thank a list of companies incl. "Robert Bosh" !! I would expect more attention to detail from the Ferrari PR department .

Wow i didn't know they were 20" or standard option! Fit the car's lines so nicely!
indeed shifting is ancient technology - so is a fuel burning engine.. I happen to like both :)

Couple of options that I don't recall seeing on the World Premiere launch cars.
1.Carbon fibre steering wheel with LED lights and carbon fibre on the lower centre console.
2. Leather inserts on the doors and rear wall instead of alcantara.

The steering wheel should be rather easy to change, as well as the CF inserts for the centre console. IMO there will be much more CF available for those who like it and are willing to pay the price, because only steering wheel and some inserts look strange, if the rest aroud the vents for example is still alu or alu coloured plastic.

I'd agree with you on the 430 where the trim looks odd if not all CF because the trim piece around the radio and air vents is so prominent. The 458 can get away with the steering wheel and lower console in cf though I think if you have the sports seats option which have the CF shells. No doubt the dash insert will become available in CF for a lot of extra euros as you say
