While I was there I took some pics of this beautiful Rosso red DBS the dealer had on the floor. As of this year it will be a standard colour option from AM.

Well for me its a Certainty that everytime i detail my car, no not even detail it even just a simple wash, it will rain. never fails so i'm just over it by now.
I think the red looks ok but kindda out of place. on the other hand i saw a Granturismo S the other day in rosso corsa and it looks astonishing

First customer car, yes. That car belongs to the factory and will be sent off to another corner in the world after a month or so. It's purpose is for demo's

Yep, Top Gear, watched it myself last night, last item on the final show of the current series. Awesome car, awesome scenery 
- but the commentary by JC was almost funereal - is the end nigh for such cars with environmental concerns, hostile legislation and congestion getting ever worse.

During the show JC remarked that it would return in November - which of course is not the summer which gives credibility to his comment in the Guardian. 
I would be very surpised if it was axed, despite the BBC's nauseous political correctness and Socialist bias as it is BBC2's top rated programme. The Guardian is also not likely to be a supporter of Top Gear or Clarkson.

I thought this series of 'Top Gear' was decidedly sub-standard...
...I even nodded off during two episodes...
It's got to the stage where I no longer bother to set the recorder AND forget to watch the show when it is actually broadcasted.

I actually enjoyed some parts of this series very much: Richard Hammond's review of the Murcielago LP640-4 SV, the segment on finding a car for 17 year olds, the Veyron vs McLaren F1 drag race, the fake Stig 'denouement', the vintage 911s in the Majorca rally and JC's epitaph to the high performance car (in an Aston V12 Vantage).
