    that's why it actually might be good that PAG changed hands. it might be product driven again vs share value...

    When did a California kill at 997 turbo? I don't think so. And if we are talking straight line the turbo is faster than the GT-R, 430, and the old Gallardo. It's faster than the 430 and California around a track too. Now the F458 will undoubtably have superior performance but the next gen (991?) tt should fix that

    Actually the 997.1 TT is not faster atthe track than the California as mentionned in the other thread... The 997.2 TT might fix that though.

    Straight line? Who cares about that unless you are in Germany, I care about driving feel...

    Until I see a head to head of the 997.1tt and California I will not believe that. Those times were different days, possibly different drivers. I do not believe the Cali is faster at the track in the hands of a pro...sorry.

    I guess you don't remember 997.1 TT was hardly faster than the 996.2 TT it replaced even though it had 60 more hp...
