I believe this is the first actual picture. The cockpit is very tight and very much like an airplane cockpit. As I have written before, I had problems with the long hood. However, its exhaust sound is marvelous and 565hp will keep it close with most top sport cars.
I do not and never did like the back-end but were told that was the only style available given the gull-wing doors.

It just looks too normal in proportions. Not wide and low enough.. there's no sexy curves and surfaces on this car. It actually looks dated ALREADY.

Nah, I don't think they got it right. How do you take a beautifully flowing and curvy design like the 300SL and then make it all blocky and full of hard angles.
Same goes for the interior. Squarish gauges and blocky.
...the only thing stopping you in all likelihood, is you!
My dealer rang this morning asking for my deposit so things are progressing. Every auto magazine first drive review articles I've read on this car thus far have been extremely positive. To top it off one of the UK's leading independent specialist car traders predicts in this month's EVO magazine that it will be a sure fire certainty for a sales premium next year. So if I get an early car (fingers crossed) and don't like it I hopefully can sell it for a profit

They told us it will be a limited production car. If they stick with the suggested MSRP they indicated to us ($169,000) you will be able to sell it for a profit.
