How do you find the 19 inch wheels in every day driving. There has been some discussion between the two wheel sizes while on the track and since I have ordered the 19's I am keen to know how they behave in every day use.

To put my two penneth in....
If I recall, your car is very high spec so 19" (in the UK at least) are considered quite important to have for residuals. If you look at the Porsche website, pre-owned Cayman S with PASM and 18" are quite rare.
On the road the 19" a fair bit less complaint than 18" and a bit noisier but the former is easily compensated by choosing PASM and putting it in the normal setting, which makes the ride broadly similar to 18" with standard suspension. The drop in tyre pressure for the Gen II has really improved things over the Gen 1 though so if the roads near you are good, then there is nothing wrong with the 19" from a ride point of view. The 19" do look much better of course.
There is always the aftermarket option if you decide 18" is prefeable and you'll also be able to go for properly lightweight forged wheels, perhaps with trackday tyres if that's your bag.
And don't forget that changing your order could delay the car
I shouldn't worry about it then. The Cayman is a great car regardless and the differences discussed are more like nuances in normal driving. I also think that people quickly become accustomed to the individual feel of a car and learn to drive with it to get the best from it.
