Saw the Panamera twice in real life and I'm very dissapointed. The rear really looks awkward. It looks like they realized last minute that it was lacking headroom in the back and just made it a bit higher. . Front is ok, not spectacular, but overall a very big clumsy car.

Indeed, quite a good looking car! How long do your front tires fair?
The car is only 6800 km so it's too early to say. But it's amazing how effortlessly I followed a friend with a 997 GT2 yesterday on the highway - not only on the straights but also in the fast bends.
Anyway, sorry for the off-topic.
I am going to test drive the Panamera in August with a small group of other Porsche clients from Bulgaria. We've been "invited" (at the price of 900 EUR) in Leipzig by Porsche on a pre-launch event. Is any of you guys going?

Until I see the Panamera in person and the first production year has passed, I would buy the RS6 over any other performance sedan. In fact I did
Good choice. The Panamera Turbo may be a bit better regarding handling but straight line performance is better with the RS6.
Congratulations!

Wait.... does this include any Hotel, transfers, etc.? I mean, this is kind of insane isnt it? They want to attract to their new product and as for a charge

Yes, it includes one night at a hotel and transfer from and to the airport. I wish I could charge my clients when I invite them to see our new product AFTER they've spent EUR 175 000 with us
But that's the power of the Porsche brand I guess...

Yep - this are exactly my thoughts!
Same with BMW: they asked 1700 EUR from me for a weekend in Austria (incl. driving, track time, etc.) with the new X5/X6M BEFORE the official introduction. I didn't register, I think this is not something potential customers and/or journalists should pay for.

Sorry guys - this question is like asking which of Cinderella's ugly sisters does one prefer?
Not which one is better but which one is less bad...
Me? I would prefer not to pick either...
Me thinks so.
Both of them are ugly, IMO and when you spend this much money, one should love what he is buying.
